Lighthouse Student Leadership Application 2023-2024

This is a universal application for the Middle School Student Leadership Shine Team and the High School Student Leadership Team for Lighthouse Youth Ministry at Grace Community Church for the 2023-2024 year. Upon completing this application you will be contacted via email by Fletcher Abbott, High School Director or Angie Dallavalle, Middle School Director with next steps.  Please answer application questions honestly and thoughtfully.

Lighthouse Youth Ministry exists to passionately pursue Christ and point others to Him through an adult supported, student led ministry. Student Leaders play an important role in supporting the mission of Lighthouse and the values of Grace Community Church.  Students who desire to be disciples who make disciples who live and love like Jesus, who have a heart to serve God and others should apply.  Lighthouse Student Leaders are challenged to display servant leadership at church, at home, at school and in their communities.

*NOTE POTENTIAL CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR*  Lighthouse is incredibly blessed to have a dynamic group of students who are devoted disciples of Christ and gifted leaders.  This year to best serve the volume of leaders we have at Lighthouse, we will make adjustments to our structure.  Please be very honest about your availability, potential conflicts, and interest in serving as you fill out this application so we can plan accordingly.

Application is due by July 31st. Meetings will begin in August on Wednesday nights.
