Lighthouse Student Leadership Application

This is a universal application for the Middle School Student Leadership Shine Team and the High School Student Leadership Team for Lighthouse Youth Ministry at Grace Community Church for the 2021-2022 year. Upon completing this application you will be contacted via email by Fletcher Abbott, High School Director or Angie Dallavalle, Middle School Director with next steps which will include an interview.  Please answer application questions honestly and thoughtfully.

Lighthouse Youth Ministry exists to passionately pursue Christ and point others to Him through an adult supported, student led ministry. Student Leaders play an important role in supporting the mission of Lighthouse and the values of Grace Community Church.  Students who desire to be disciples who make disciples who live and love like Jesus, who have a heart to serve God and others should apply.  Lighthouse Student Leaders are challenged to display servant leadership at church, at home, at school and in their communities.
