Momentum Registration
WHAT IS MOMENTUM?
Momentum is an annual, national youth conference for students in grades 7th to 12th that aims to challenge students through life-changing sessions and hands-on ministry to follow Christ. For 2025 GCC invites High School students and Student Leaders who meet Momentum age requirements to attend with our group.
WHEN/WHERE IS IT?
Momentum this year is July 14-20, 2025. It is being held at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. We will depart via charter bus Monday, July 14th
WHAT STUDENTS EXPERIENCE:

9 main sessions with speakers focused on our theme and the Gospel with dynamic worship

The choice of relevant topics of training tracks to attend

Staying in college dorms with their youth group

Time debriefing the day, talking about their experince with their youth group

The option to partipate in activies like sports, large, fun group events, art classes, and more

Opportunities to go out and participate in hands-on ministry with their groups and leaders

Sessions that challenge students to develop more of a heart and mind like Christ

Life change centered on Jesus, the Bible, the Gospel, Christian community, and the local church
COST:

$535 if you register by March 15

$560 if you register by May 15

$610 if you register by July 16
When registering for Momentum, attendees can choose to either pay in full at time of registration or pay at least the $75 deposit and enroll in an automatic payment plan for the balance to be paid by June 15th.
Note: We do not want cost to be the reason someone cannot attend! Contact Angie for coaching and support with individual fundraising.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

Breakfast Plan: Breakfast plans are an additional $32 and optional. Some students do not typically eat breakfast or prefer to pack their own non-perishable breakfast foods (like granola bars and protein bars).

Early Arrival: We ARE participating in early arrival. This typically would cost an additional $27. However, our fee is waved this year by utlizing the code "NewChurch2025" at checkout.

Transportation: We will be fundraising to cover the cost for transporation. Students are expected to participate in fundraisers including Graces Got Talent, Lighthouse Art Show, and Parents Night Out. Our goal is to raise the entirety of transportation expenses.

Other expenses: Students will need to bring money for meals on our transportation days, and for anything they might want to purchase at conference (books, merch, snacks, etc).
Registration and payments will be made directly through Momentum. Read instructions carefully then click the link below to compete registration.

You will need to create an account. The Parent/Guardian needs to set up the initial registration account and then students can be added. If you receive an error message that says this person does not meet the age requirements for this event, it most likely is because the account was made in the student's name, or you selected the wrong registration option. All required documents and forms will be completed and signed through the registration system.

Please read through the cancellation policy carefully when you register. If there is a chance you may have a conflict and need to cancel your registration, it is suggested you don't make monthly payments and select the final balance to be charged on June 15th.

You can select to pay via ACH or Credit Card. There are no fees when selecting ACH and you will be asked for your bank routing information. If you select Credit Card payment, there will be an additional fee incurred for processing.
