Reconnect Conference

We will be learning from various leaders in our church through a breakout session format. You will be able to choose three of the following sessions.

Option 1: Reconnecting through the Daily Discipline of Reading God’s Word

Do you want to make reading the word part of your daily rhythm? Do you want to know how or where to start? Have you felt it’s difficult, or overwhelming to be consistent or see the overall purpose of this daily discipline? This session will discuss the basics of studying God’s Word and how we can use it to connect with Him in our daily lives.

Option 2: Reconnecting through a Richer Understanding of the Word

Do you want to know more about God, His character and your role in His plan? Do you want to be equipped to show God’s truth to others? This session will give seasoned believers tools to dig deeper into God’s Word to find the “nuggets of gold” for a deeper relationship and for teaching others. Is reading the word of God part of your daily rhythm and you want to learn how to dig deeper?

Option 3: Reconnecting through the Discipline of Prayer

Is prayer a spiritual discipline you would like to improve? Do you want to learn why and how to pray? Would learning simple tools help you be more intentional in your conversations with God? This session will cover the basic principles and practices of prayer to help growing believers in their relationship with God.

Option 4: Reconnecting through Service

Do you know your spiritual gift? Would you like to learn or find out how to use your spiritual gift where you are at right now? Have you wondered how fellowship and service advance God’s kingdom? This session will cover the purpose of God’s church and teach you how you can become part of His Kingdom work through service.

Option 5: Reconnecting through Leadership

Have you been serving for a while and would like to grow in humility and service to others? Do you want to grow as a leader by learning how to keep fellowship and service God focus and not self focused? Have you experienced burnout in your area of leadership or service? Would you like to learn how to empower others to use their gifts or step out of their comfort zone without fear?

Option 6: Reconnecting through Remembrance and Powerful Prayers

Do you understand the gift and purpose of prayer and would like to use this powerful tool to connect with God and others through intentional prayer? This session will give maturing believers tools and tips for reigniting their prayer life or jump starting to a more powerful practice.
