Grace Sends....

Grace Community Church is excited to send Maggie Greeves off to Operation Barnabas. Like everything, the virus significantly changed the original plans. But, throughout all the changes, Maggie remained committed to His plans. Join us in praying for her trip July 2-14 in Indiana.

One of our own, Ian, a student leader and intern is working with English Language Institute/China to teach English in an African country. His tenure begins in September, 2020. To learn how you can support him, email hello@gccfred.org.

Note: Due to Covid-19, our annual trip to Vechta, Germany has been postponed to summer of 2021.

Haiti

Like so many other churches, Grace travelled to Haiti in 2010 after a devastating earthquake took over 250,000 lives. We thought our work was done, but God had other plans. He lead us to a community in northeast Haiti called Belladere. Since that time, GCC has invested greatly in the lives of these Haitians:

  • Over 50 coffee growers have been trained to grow and export international grade coffee, generating more than $24,000 for the community;
  • Over 24 pastors have been discipled and taught how to disciple their men;
  • Partnering with Food for the Hungry our families have sponsored over 70 children;
  • and over 60 individuals have travelled to Haiti to serve on teams.
  • We are in the final stages of working with FH to complete a building that will serve as a school and community center.
